When does my Pacojet need servicing?
We recommend an annual service or after 20,000 portions have been processed, whichever comes first.
How can I tell if my Pacossier blade needs replacing?
If there are clear signs of wear, such as the cutting edge becoming rounded or cross-hatching; if the blade is bent; or if your Pacojet stops during normal pacotizing processes.
Where can I get the cleaning tablets?
How long does a service usually take?
If you approve the repair and confirm the invoice immediately, you will receive your appliance back within 10 to 16 working days. On request, we are happy to offer you a rental unit at a reasonable flat rate.
When should I contact the service department?
In the event of unusual noises, a drop in performance or error codes.
How should I pack the device before sending it to the service centre?
In the original packaging; if this is no longer available, we will be happy to send you a service box – please note this when registering for the service.
Do I need to register my Pacojet for servicing?
Yes, booking an appointment ensures the service process runs more smoothly and your Pacojet will be back with you sooner.
Can I use accessories from other manufacturers?
No, only use original parts (warranty & safety).
How do I clean the Pacojet properly?
Pacotizing® Blade and spray guard clean and dry after each use.

Is the appliance dishwasher-safe?
Pacotizing® beakers: yes; Pacotizing® Blade, spray guard and the device itself: no.
